Hoops is a music lover! Enjoying music in all its forms. He combines new and old concepts to his dj’ing, incorporating funky disco to progressive tech adding vocals in just the right places to create a set that captivates his audience from start to finish.

 

Hoops has held residencies at some of Melbourne’s best nightspots including: OneSixOne, Secret Garden, Circus, Boutique, Bimbo’s, The Imperial, The Barkly Hotel, Alia, Tramp, Marrakech, Ocean Blue and Bond Bar, to name a few. After really making his mark on the Melbourne scene in 2008, there pretty much isn’t a quality venue in Melbourne that Hoops is yet to grace the decks. He played his first festival at Future Entertainment’s Global Gathering in 2008, followed by almost every other major dance music festival since.

 

Hoops has teamed up with Draw Four Entertainment and is currently featuring at all their events & weekly nights. These events as well as playing alongside some of the best local and international talents in recent years has provided the motivation and inspiration to continue to do what he does best, play music.

 

His passion for music extends past the decks, being competent in both drums and bass guitar, and having played in bands before getting his first pair of decks. Once you blend his unique DJing style and sound, together with his musical abilities and passion for perfection you have what we believe to be a fantastic DJ.
